Kayla P. (Wrongful Termination)

Contingency Employment Lawyer

Fortis Flex

Traditional employment law firms demand large retainers and bill by the hour, making legal representation expensive and unpredictable. Fortis Flex™ changes that.

My flat monthly fee + contingency model ensures you get aggressive representation in your discrimination, wrongful termination, or hostile work environment case without worrying about mounting hourly costs. Instead, you pay a set monthly fee ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 that covers case expenses, and a contingency percentage only if we win.

This structure keeps your legal costs predictable while ensuring I’m fully invested in your success. The contingency percentage adjusts based on the stage of your case—lower if we settle early, higher if we go to court—reflecting the time and effort required to fight for the best outcome.

With Fortis Flex™, you get an experienced Maryland employment attorney who shares the risk with you and is motivated to maximize your recovery.

By the numbers

I take most cases on Fortis Flex™, but for select matters, I offer hourly representation at $480 per hour.
